We will then submit the application to the UK Border Agency on your behalf and keep you informed of any exchange of correspondence with the UKBA and any decision reached.
If you have already made an application and it has been refused we can assist you in assessing whether there is any merit in appealing the decision or whether there is any other option available to you. If an appeal needs to be submitted we will draft the grounds, complete the relevant form and submit the appeal to the appropriate agency within the imposed time limit.
